Meet Dakota the dog. He does very well with children and he would make a good family dog. He loves to play ball. He would like to be the “only” dog in the family though. If you would like to know more about Dakota, give the shelter a call: 724-245-7815 and ask for Reed, one of our animal care attendants, and he can tell you all about him. He is there Mondays thru Thursdays. And These two beautiful felines are Chipps and Ember. They are siblings and have spent their entire life together. Four years ago they were both adopted together and everyone was so happy. Unfortunately their owner is having medical issues and can no longer keep them and so back to the shelter they came. Since they have returned to Fayette Friends of Animals, they are both very scared and Chipps keeps hiding under things and because he is so large, keeps getting stuck. We would love to have them adopted together again so they can spend the remainder of their lives together. If you are interested in adopting them, please come and spend some time with them.
