It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

…and today is Earth day and if your travel the Penn Hills area you might see my wife picking up trash along side of the road. She belongs to the local community page on Face Book and decided to volunteer her time this morning. She was a little irked while leaving saying that 80 people were interested but only 11 confirmed that they will show up. Another guy who we jokingly call the sign Nazi is on a similar mission but instead of cleaning the trash from the roadways he cleans the trash from telephone polls. If he sees a sign that is on a telephone poll advertising something like,” We Buy Houses” he rips them down. No sign for you! Apparently you can’t advertise a commercial business on the local phone polls. This may be a state law but it’s definitely one in Penn Hills and if he see’s one then it’s “No sign for you!” Now, if your advertising a yard sale, graduation party, lost pet or something that is not involved in a commercial venture then your safe, he leaves those signs alone. But if he sees one like, Auto Wrecking service call…then it’s “No sign for you!”
