I like to think I’m a little bit country and a little bit rock ’n roll. I always seem to see the “gray” in life. I don’t believe anything is just “black and white.” The glass is always half full for me. I’ve never met a stranger and I’ve never been much of a rule follower. I’m happiest outdoors, especially hiking in the fall and winter with my dog child Frank, who fully runs the show and my world (and I’m fine with that). Frank is the love of my life.

I grew up an Air Force brat and started kindergarten in Italy, which probably explains my love for all things food, travel, random road trips, and discovering places most people drive right past. I’ve always been a talker, so it made perfect sense that my radio journey began back in high school at a local country station in Elkins, West Virginia.

I’m a proud Libra—yes, occasionally indecisive—and I balance life with weekend brunch, craft cocktails, hidden speakeasies, coffee and tea shops, and a serious appreciation for Indian, Thai, and Mexican food. Add in my love for nature photography, OSU Buckeye football, concerts, anything “artsy” or “unusual”, shoes, handbags, beauty products, and spontaneous adventures, and you’ve got a well-rounded, always ready to roll (especially if there’s a road trip involved) woman.

Most of all, I think laughter is the best medicine. If I can make you smile and chuckle at least once during your time with me, then it’s been a good show. I’m happy to be helping you wake up and start your day—one song, one story, and one good vibe at a time.
