It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

…and welcome to the NFL. Just when you think you got it figured out you don’t. The Jet’s over the Packers at Lambeau? The Giants over the Ravens in New York? The Steelers over the Buccaneers in Pgh? That’s Tom Brady and the Buccaneers, Tom Brady who has only lost to the Steelers 3 times in his career? Well, make that 4 times, one that might have ended in overtime if not for Devon Bush. Who? You mean Devin the disappointment Bush? The disappointing one made a huge play when he knocked away a two point conversion that would have tied the game How about the way Mitch Trubisky filled in for Kenny Picket who was knocked into la la land, who knows, maybe QB controversy?

Speaking of quarterbacks, maybe Tom Brady has had more things on his mind than to worry about the Steelers. You know a breakup with Giselle and recovering from partying the night before at Patriot owner Robert Kraft’s wedding. Robert Kraft? Ain’t he like a hundred years old? Thank god for money and Viagra. But yeah Brady at Kraft’s wedding who took a private jet to Pittsburgh for Sundays Game where Brady and the Bucaneers never led in a game that was like a roller coaster ride of emotion.

The Steelers offense scoring a touchdown on their opening drive but then forgot how well they played during that drive for most of the 1st half. Then you had Steven Sims, who? Don’t worry I think he’s going to make us forget about Gunner Olszewski, Sims took the opening 2nd half kickoff 89 yards to the 12. Only to watch the Steelers offense bog down again and had to settle for just 3 points off Boswell’s foot that needed needed the cross bar to make sure the 55 yarder went thru the upright. Talk about the standard is the standard and the next man up. In addition to Trubisky the Steeler secondary was without Minkah, Sutton, Witherspoon, not to mention no TJ who might have gotten that monkey off the Steelers back which was an 8 game losing streak in games that TJ doesn’t play in which reached 8 straight until yesterday. I think fans have even taken Chase Claypool off their we gotta trade this guy at the deadline list, after his performance yesterday which included a touchdown catch. That was set up by Conner Heyward, Cams Brother who had a 45 yard catch and run. Longest of the season Then Claypool clutch catches of 3rd and 16, 3rd and 11 both for1st downs that helped eat the clock for an eventual Steeler Victory Formation. So at least for one week we wont hear about Tomlin and his coaching abilities. Well, okay you can till bitch and moan about clock management. But he knows how to hold a team together and after yesterdays performance I’m not so sure that he wont get through this season without ever having a losing one. Funny how a win can make people dream and fantasize because should they lose to Miami next Sunday night we’ll be right back to…Trade ‘em all…..
