Frogman Franks Food Finds

Sausage, spinach and potato soup recipe:

1tsp. minced garlic

1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

3 cups cubed potatoes

1 lb Italian sausage

1tsp dried basil

2 cups diced tomatoes 1 10oz pkg baby spinach

1 tsp parm cheese


Brown sausage in olive oil, add garlic

Add chicken stock, potatoes and tomatoes and basil

Bring to a boil, add spinach, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes

Add heavy cream and parm cheese

Serves 8
