I spoke with Bob Harper the trainer from “Biggest Loser” about losing weight for the new year and he recommended 1) drink water 2) don’t eat carbs after lunch 3) read the ingredients on everything you eat 4) allow yourself a cheat meal 5) don’t eat close to bedtime and go to bed HUNGRY. Losing weight is always the #1 resolution. Good luck to everyone! PS: I need to slim down too. I better try some of these tips!
