and who ever heard a restaurant offering “All you can eat … up to a point?” Not only that but it was an All You Can Eat Buffet!.  A British blogger is accusing an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant of fat-shaming her after she claims to have been double-charged for eating too much. The blogger is Poppy Jones and she explained in a TikTok video, “I once went to an all-you-can-eat buffet. And when the bill came, I noticed they charged me twice. I questioned it and asked why — and they said I ate too much.” After arguing with them, she says she paid the one flat rate and left the restaurant. I love all you can eat restaurants and never encountered anything like that. Doesn’t “all-you-can-eat” mean you can have all you can eat? That’s why people go there. It’s disturbing to think that while you’re at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, someone might be keeping track of everything you’re eating. And how do they determine who they should keep their eye on. Talk about profiling. The British blogger didn’t name the restaurant, but it might as well be called the Fat Shamming Buffet. “All you can eat…up to a point?
