It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

…so how are we going to get life without baseball if both sides can’t agree on a new labor contract which has already caused the cancellation of games? Geez let me count the ways…the NASCAR season has already begun, it’s still hockey season, March Madness is about to begin, The old spring football league that folded in 1985, the USFL is returning for another go at it and will begin their inaugural season in April. Got to watch and see what the Pittsburgh Maulers are gonna do on the Football Field. Toss in a couple of weekends when the Masters Golf Tournament and the NFL draft grabs our attention. By then the NHL and the NBA playoffs will have started. That should carry us into June when most folks will be heading for summer vacation anyhow. Then come July the NFL Training Camps will start to open and by August the Preseason games will take us to the regular season in September when College Football will begin in earnest then the next thing you know another Hockey and NBA season will begin. So yeah, I’m not sure how were going to get through life without baseball if both sides cant agree on a new labor contract, its gonna be tough. But look on the bright side, with the first 2 series being canceled so far, that’s 6 fewer losses for the Pirates.
