It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

…and thanks for helping us Stuff a Sleigh for the Fayette County Children and Youth Services outside the Uniontown Walmart. I mean you stuffed, and we emptied, stuffed and emptied, stuffed and emptied. I lost count but it was several times over. Your generosity will ensure a good Christmas for the kids under CYS care in Fayette County. Jamie Shaffer the CYS supervisor was on hand with many of her helpers. Talked with a lot of great people who were in the giving spirit like Jessica in Carmichaels, Shane in Smithfield who belongs to a Veterans organization and dropped off huge bags of gifts as did, Jane in Farmington and Cesar from Ohio Pyle and those where the few of the many that I had a chance to talk with on the radio. Fayette County Commissioner Scott Dunn explained to me what a Nurf Blaster was after picking one up inside Walmart along with a ton of other gifts he donated to the Fayette County Children and Youth Services. Got to talk with Fayette County Commissioner Dave Lohr and Vincent Vicites who also stopped down to help stuff a sleigh. Now. if you know of a family who is in need give CYS a call at 724-430-1283 and they will reach out to them so that their Christmas may be brighter too. Thanks again to everyone who took the time to help out and here’s hoping they and you have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
