…so, a new study finds that eating junk food might make you fitter in the long run because it can encourage you to work out more. I guess this would apply to people who normally work out. They say people exercise to compensate for eating unhealthy food to alleviate their guilt. So, I guess seeing charts that say you need to do this much exercise to work off that candy bar, slice of cake or ice cream comes in handy. See I’m just the opposite. If I work out first then I don’t feel guilty about eating snack foods later. I look at it as a reward for busting out a sweat. arf arf!
