It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

back from vacation and so happy that I don’t clean out gutters for a living but it did leave me with a healthy respect for those who do. That’s how some of my vacations turn out. I learn new professions. Do you know there is more to landscaping than just mowing the lawn or trimming the hedges. I didn’t know that. My wife did or I should say the Foreman did. Mulch comes in different colors too. I did not not that. My wife knew that. Did you know there is such a thing as River Rock for the yard? My wife did. Man that stuffs heavy in a full wheel borrow. You also get a new respect for the job of auto technician after you decide to play backyard mechanic because you think you’re qualified after a quick tutorial from YouTube. I decided to replace the front break pads and rotors on my car which I did and didn’t have any extra parts left over like I did when I was a kid building model airplanes. Of course the whole time I’m doing it thoughts of breaking something and having the car towed to a garage kept popping into my mind especially when I couldn’t mount one of the tires after I thought i was done because the rotor I tightened down wasn’t centered properly and some of the lug nuts wouldn’t go back on. Glad all it took to fix was loosening a few parts and re-centering the rotor but that’s how some of my vacations turn out; doing stuff that other people are more qualified to do than me. My only experience is playing tunes on the radio and giving stuff away which I’m very fortunate enough to be able to do. Speaking of which I’ve got more Fayette County Fair tickets and Sullivan Brothers Coffee Company of Uniontown $20.00 gift certificates to giveaway during the Deja Vu song of the day. Weekday mornings at 7:40 here on Classic Hits 99 The Pickle!
