It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

…and since the Super Bowl isn’t until February 3rd there is still plenty of time for a “do-over” and that’s what one lawyer in New Orleans would like to see. He is so upset about how badly the referees botched the ending of the Ram’s Saint’s game last Sunday that he’s suing. Believe me he isn’t the only one upset. It was the game where the official was apparently doing his best bird box challenge because he didn’t see the mugging the Rams defensive back put on the Saints wide receiver that prevented him from catching the ball despite the official standing right in front of the play. The lawyer has filed a lawsuit to get NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to step in and order a “do-over” which according to an official league rule is within his powers. Even if Goodell doesn’t intervene, a Louisiana state court judge could force the NFL to answer some questions about what happened on Sunday and why their wont be a do over between the Saints and the Rams. I mean you could put the same amount of time on the clock that was left in the game, give the Saints the ball around the ten-yard line and have the Rams try and keep them out of the end zone. If anything, the time remaining on the clock if any would make it tougher for Los Angeles to go down the field and kick their own field goal that tied the game to send it to overtime. That do over would probable have more viewers than the Superbowl itself and they could call it the sand lot football rule, “Hey, the ball hit the wire, do over.”
