It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

so, how’s that New Years Resolution to lose weight going for you? I think the only diet that’s ever worked for me is the one where you keep track of how many calories you burn in a week and how many calories you would have to deduct from that week to burn off one pound. I called it The One Pound Diet. Where you keep track of all the calories in your food and drink and make sure you don’t go over the limit that you’ve set for yourself. I mean I went so far as to figure out how many calories I burnt while I was sleeping. Hey, it works but you really have to keep track. The only other diet that I’ve tried was the no carb Atkins diet which I liked because you didn’t have to keep track of anything but not having pasta and rice in your diet I didn’t like so much which brings me to the list of the Best Diets for 2019. U.S. news put it out and topping the list for best diets overall was the Mediterranean diet followed by the Dash diet and then the Flexitarian diet. I don’t know what’s involved with the Mediterranean diet but at least I’ve heard of it. But the Dash diet or the Flexitarian diet not so much but that’s why we’ve got google and Siri. Now for the best weight loss diets they list Weight Watchers, for the best fast weight loss diet, they list the NMR diet, another I’ve never heard of it. Now, the best Diet for Healthy eating was the Mediterranean diet and the Best diets to follow was again the Mediterranean diet. Now they list others like the Vegan or Jenny Craig or Atkins but those weren’t at the top of the list. I don’t remember his name but a comedian once said that he was on two diets because one didn’t give him enough to eat.
