It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

you know I’ve heard things described in many different ways before but to see the headline use the term Explosive Diarrhea, it kind of makes you stand up and pay attention. Apparently, parasites in Del Monte vegetables are causing Explosive Diarrhea, not just Diarrhea but Explosive Diarrhea. Kind of paints a picture don’t it. The recall is for the 6 oz. 12 oz. and 28 oz vegetable trays containing fresh broccoli, cauliflower, celery sticks, carrots and dill dip. They were recalled on June 15th after 200 people experienced the Explosive Diarrhea but the CDC says 212 cases were reported as of July 5th. So, if you’ve got any fresh Del Monte Vegetable trays in the fridge what ever you do, don’t eat them or be prepared for a bout of Explosive Diarrhea. Could you imagine calling your boss with that excuse, “ah, excuse me boss but I can’t come in today cause, ah… well I got the Explosive Diarrhea.” Hey, it could really be explosive if you work near an open flame.
