I read a comment that some people do hard time for pursuing their happiness. Either way Penn DOT is currently installing 37 new welcome signs bearing the new slogan. It’s nice to know that our budget problems are finally behind us since we’ve apparently come up with who knows how much money to replace the old slogan which was what again?
