Okay, maybe I’m being a little too picky here…

…but why can’t the cashier at the grocery store put my receipt in the bag and not in my hand with the few dollars and change that I get back from a purchase. I swear back in the day they would chuck the receipt in the bag with your groceries, hand you your change in some organized manner, nice and neat so that you can easily put the change in your pocket and the greenbacks in your wallet so that you can pick up your groceries and get out of the next person in line’s way. Instead they shove the receipt and all in your hand which leaves me fumbling around trying to separate that with my dollar bills and loose change. And while I’m doing that the next customers groceries are slowly being rung up by the cashier and shoved next to my bag of groceries like I’m in the way. “Hey, I wouldn’t be in the way if you knew how to hand a paying customers change back to them in some orderly fashion and no I’m not going to take your Slim Jim’s, although they do look good.”
