…so how can a guy be drunk and sober at the same time? Well if your name is Daniel Sober there is a good possibility of that happening. Seems Daniel was near his home in Lower Burrell last Saturday and probably thought that he was going to make it there too until cops stopped him. According to the Pgh Tribune Review officers said they smelled alcohol on Sober and gave him a breath test which allegedly showed him to have a blood alcohol content of more than twice the legal limit. I guess he’s having a hard time living up to his name. Wonder if his middle name is not? You know it’s not uncommon for people to be arrested while wearing an ironic T-shirt but having an ironic name? He’s got a court date for this Wednesday and you know even if he shows up drunk he’ll still be Sober.
