It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

…so, my wife is hooked on Yahtzee. Not the physical Yahtzee with the real dice and score cards you have to fill out but the digital Yahtzee. She rolls the dice. Decides what she needs and the game keeps track of the scoring. She plays it on her phone and half the time has no idea who she’s playing. It started out with a couple of her friends then she started getting invited to play other people and soon had unknown regulars. At last count she had 300 games going at one time with different people. And while its not for money they do play for dice and bonus rolls and which can be wagered. The good part is she wins bonus rolls and doesn’t buy any which the game always offers. But I can’t remember the last time we actually played a physical and not digital game of Yahtzee. And while there’s something to be said for actually pulling out a physical game and setting it up you’ve got to ask yourself why? Then you’ve got to put it away. On second thought, first you have to remember where you put it and that’s the place you said you would remember where it was. Forget it, I’m just going to press a button on my phone and voila, you’re playing and without having to worry about finding someone to play with. And don’t tell me I’m being anti-social, that’s a rant for another day.
