It’s the Kielbasa Kid…

…and “Daddy’s Home 2 is in theaters this weekend and the cast say the movies funniest scene involves the fathers and grandfathers arguing over who changed the thermostat setting. That hits home. Who hasn’t gotten into an argument over that? My wife accuses me of turning it down all the time to save money which I don’t and then she goes into denial saying it’s got to be colder than what it is once she see’s the actual temperature and still won’t accept it as fact.  How many places have you worked where the thermostat control is locked inside of a clear plastic case? Hey, can’t have the employees messing with the temperature wasting away the company’s money. Even when it gets either too hot or too cold you can never find the person with the key. Raise your hand if the office or area you work in is either too hot or too cold because of the building’s great ventilation system. I can have all registers closed and covered with rugs and still have to open the window even if it’s snowing outside because the studio turns into an oven while the rest of the building is just fine but still hasn’t reached the temperature the thermostat is set on because that’s down the hall locked inside a clear plastic case. It should read, Break in case of emergency because I’m going to be well done by the time the furnace shuts off.
