…and when first read that Chuck E Cheese was offering a Candy Corn pizza ahead of Halloween, disgusting was the first thought that came to my fragile egg shell mind. I read they were making a white pizza topped with garlic mozzarella cheese and a ring of sharp cheddar cheese. Individual servings of candy corn are thrown in to finish the pie experience. I’m like “What do you mean individual servings of candy corn are thrown in to finish the pie experience” I’m thinking how can you cook a pizza with candy corn. So I looked it up on line and discovered that the pizza isn’t cooked with candy corn but the color of the pizza is that of a candy corn. The center is white like the tip of the candy corn due to the mozzarella cheese then there is a ring of orange like the middle of the candy corn only the pizza gets it’s color from the cheddar cheese while the crusts edge is sort of yellowish like the candy corn and really looks like candy corn when its sliced. So its not made with candy corn or used as a topping but they throw the candy corn on the side kinda like decoration if you will or to eat if your into candy corn . Me I can take it or leave it but candy corn as a pizza ingredient? Sorry, it’s something I don’t see myself craving. Now if I were pregnant this would be a blog of a completely different color.
