…and this month Classic Hits 99.3 the Pickle is saluting the local men and women in our community that are our first res-ponders. We want to showcase the local heroes who are first on the scene of accidents, fires and emergency events because a lot of those folks who do this unselfish work go unnoticed. They put themselves on the line and don’t consider themselves as the heroes that they are. That’s where you come in. If you know someone who goes out every day, never knowing what to expect when they walk out the door, never knowing what risk might come their way to save a life whether they are a Police officer, Firefighter, Emt, Ambulance driver.
