Something smells fishy…

…and it’s not the summer blend. I know Pa. has the highest tax on gas in the nation at .58 cents on a gallon but even at that price why is gas .12 cents cheaper in Ohio even when you factor in their gas tax at .30 cents on a gallon?  I left Pa. last weekend with gas at 2.75 a gallon and entered Ohio and saw it drop to 2.29. Is our gas extra special? I don’t see it cause my car runs fine on 2.29 as it does on 2.75. Of course I’m not paying that price if I use my fuel perks card and even then the drop is only .3 cents per gallon if I haven’t accumulated enough fuel perks to drop the price even further. What kills me is we’re more than a month away from the unofficial start to summer so get ready for round two of the price hikes and your basic talking point, “well remember when the price was at 3.80 a gallon”? Hey, keep it up and we’ll get there. Like I said something smells fishy and it’s not the summer blend.
